Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.
Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days from the order date.

1. Customer may return new, unopened product for a full refund, excluding shipping.

2. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Products should be returned in its original state and packaging.

4. Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable. Orders with free shipping, our initial shipping cost of the order will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Products should be returned with the FREE gift that come with the order.

6. *International Customers* If packages do not get delivered on time or within 2 weeks of estimated delivery date, we can only refund you the item costs, shipping costs will not be refunded; due to difficulty of tracking international packages. Please be aware of this policy.
